Comfy bed, lovely ensuite, nice outside area (with kookaburras dropping in), good wifi, friendly owners, very clean. Good choices for breakfast (cereal, toast & toppings) provided and the option to cook in the kitchen if desired. In a quiet cul-de-sac with space to park the car. Walking distance to Bowling Club for a nice meal. I knew it had shared living areas and kitchen, but not that it was shared with the owner. Room was tight with our 2 big suitcases. Comfortable accomodation that is great value. Jen is an excellent host.
While the property itself was clean and well-maintained, the host's attitude made our stay extremely uncomfortable. We made every effort to arrive before the requested 8pm deadline, communicating our situation in advance. Despite arriving more than 5 minutes before 8pm, we were greeted with visible irritation and hostility.
