I called them for several times and they kept talking to me for things that they thought they were talking to another client I kept telling them I think you are mixing me up with someone else and they kept telling just come in and when I called them back they started to give me excuses and said they are with a client and will call you back they never did and they never answered my phone calls again very poor service

Don’t waste your time and money here. Called the DOJ after a full month and they said never got my finger prints and made me go back to resubmit which I did and DOJ never got it still after another month until I was told their machine was broken without letting me know and making me go through all that process and payment. At the end I was told to go somewhere else. I recommend the mailroom and more if you want to get your fingerprints done.
