Don’t waste your time and money here. Called the DOJ after a full month and they said never got my finger prints and made me go back to resubmit which I did and DOJ never got it still after another month until I was told their machine was broken without letting me know and making me go through all that process and payment. At the end I was told to go somewhere else. I recommend the mailroom and more if you want to get your fingerprints done.

Horrible customer Service!!!!!!! Don’t even think about going there. I took my one year old to take a picture for passport and the lady was so rude and didn’t want to help at all. She said that its hard to take a picture for a kid, and then the camera is not working blah blah , don’t recommend this place at all!!!!!!
