Jenny is so warm, welcoming, professional and educational! She makes sure to check in with you every step to make sure you are comfortable with the treatment. She is always eager to answer and questions I may have along the way. As someone who had never had acupuncture before, I was amazed at how well is helped my chronic pain after just a few treatments! Couldn't not recommend Jenny enough!
Jenny helped me overcome my fear of needles and acupuncture in general! By explaining everything thoroughly, using thinner needles, and making sure I felt comfortable to stop or change my treatment at any time if I needed to (without feeling guilty or like I should grin and bear it.) I felt seen, supported, truly cared for, and got the relief I was seeking! She is a masterful, gentle and effective healthcare practitioner I would recommend to anyone.

Jenny is everything you could dream of in a practitioner. Calm, caring, empathetic, curious, thoughtful - I could go on. She’s great at explaining the process and making you feel at ease. With the amount of passion she puts into every treatment, you can tell she takes pride in being able to relieve your pain.
