Told Emily at the Kelowna branch that the only food a couldn’t eat was peanuts because of severe allergy. Got $50 worth of food which contained peanuts. Was quoted a price for delivery, had to pay $100 more than quote when it arrived. Never got a single follow up call for the six weeks I was on the program. Have been waiting since Feb for my $160 refund. Took my credit card no problem. But have to refund by cheque. Every week I call. Every week I hear another excuse. Horrible customer service. I’ve been having nothing but a fabulous experience at Jenny. From the food, the staff and the welcoming atmosphere I look forward to my weekly meetings. I’ve lost almost 35 pounds in just about 4 months! it seems to be the only thing i’ve been able to stick to, even with my social life and weird work schedule this diet works so well for me. Will continue to recommend to friends and family!

Wow....so impressed with the food , it is great. I have lost 7.2 lb in 3 weeks and feel great. I have tried every diet there is and this is definitely the easiest. No thinking about points or what to eat it is all done for us. I highly recommend it.

I started with Jenny and the third week in I found a long black hair in the egg in a breakfast sandwich. This absolutely 🤢 nauseated me and I could not even consider eating any of their pre packaged food. When I contacted Jenny they simply offered to replace the item. Are they crazy? Like I would ever eat their food again! I would give zero stars but then I couldn’ t warn others before they wasted their money.
