People are kind. No pressure. Wish the program wasn't quite so expensive but it is beneficial for learning portion control.
I've used this diet a couple times before and I did lose weight at first but then I wasn't losing weight after I lost about ten pounds but a lot of it had to do with me personally as well and I think that the program works if you follow it to the T however some of the foods I've noticed are not like they used to be and I wasn't happy about it there were a few of them that had very very very little meat in them and the portions were much smaller and the price went up every day program does work if you follow it as instructed ... read more
