I have been on Jenny Craig since 2005. The service used to be good, they used to have really excellent service with experienced nutritionists and well trained staff with a good variety of food. Recently, the service at the Richmond Hill location has gone down hill, the staff are rude, the food choices are minimal and the prices are excessive.
