The consultants offer personal and friendly conversation, encouragement and support. Unlike other centers I've been to, in this center its like you are visiting friends.
Had an appointment for today, nobody told us about their protocol, so once we got there, from LUTZ, the person working today flat out refused to assist us!! She did no offered any options! This is being my experience in general with the service at Jenny Craig, is just awful! I won’t recommend any of the Tampa bay offices, but specially McMullen Booth office. I’m so disappointed and angry, that I don’t even want to buy Jenny Craig products any more!
