I previously used this program,, and have never felt so unwelcome by a J.C. Representative before in the Culver City Ca location. I walked in around 5:40pm on Sept 29, 2021, to ask about rejoining the program, and if I could use the ladies room, and the lady on duty, was acting very paranoid, nervous and scared. She refused to wait on me, and ask for my phone number to call at a later date, once I gave her my number she immediately went behind the counter and called my phone, which was in the car.
