I absolutely love my coach, Elizabeth. She is supportive and encourages me with creative suggestions to help me over my daily hurdles on my weight loss journey. I am down 32 pounds since I started JC. I don't think I would be able to do this without my weekly meetings and the ability to reach out to her with any questions or concerns I have. Thanks Elizabeth!!! And the food is really good so that helps as well. 🥰
