I am 6 weeks into the Max Program . The meals are tasty and filling . I am down 14.2 lbs. I feel less fatigued and in general ; physically healthier. My coach, Christina is always upbeat and encouraging !! She is very knowledgeable and explains the program very well . I am so glad I made the decision to give this program a try!!
