RecommendedI have loved my first 3 months at Curves in Oakdale, CA. Colleen, Terry, Karen, and Mary are awesome coaches! You always feel welcomed and never leave without being encouraged. The 30 minute circuit and the stretching have really strengthened my body, getting it much more ready for knee replacement surgery this month. I am liking forward to returning next month after recovery and making a regular part of the rest of my life.
