RecommendedI always get a great workout at the Orem Utah curves owned by Valerie Ingoldsby. Everyone gets lots of help from the friendly welcoming staff and it’s a lot of fun working out on the great weight machines.
This place does so much good for people in the community and the leadership of the local office is truly phenomenal. Definitely recommended to all seeking to achieve their optimum weight in 2020.

I’ve been a member of Curves since 2004 and continue to come. I come 3-4 times a week. Colleen has made it a wonderful place to come and get healthy. Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and I wish you all a Happy New Year. I’ve enclosed a picture of an ornament I made this year to celebrate my 15 yr Membership.
