A very good service/product. The staff work very hard, long hours. Clients have a responsibility to focus and make an effort to read materials/educate themselves, follow the program. There is flexibility, but it takes time for the client to find the margins within his/her own chemistry, where expanding or contracting from the plan works or backfires.
The workers here always know how to put people down.
Had a horrible experience. Went in excited and left completely unmotivated. The woman I spoke with was discouraging, very inflexible and completely killed my spirit. I will never try this service again.
