I have been using Jenny Craig for a number of years now totally pleased with the menu but most of all totally pleased with the one-on-one consultation and support from my coach Samantha she is fantastic gives me the encouragement that I need and when I need it and helps me and explains everything totally thoroughly she has specifically helped me a lot with my dietary and needs also with my medical with what I should and shouldn't be eating so once again thank you Jenny Craig for the support and for the awesome coach Samantha... read more
Disappointed in the service at Jenny Craig- I have lost weight granted that is a plus. But when you have an appointment and they are not ready it is frustrating. It has happened a few times, it is not right.
First time using this company in Latham. Service is terrible....I was there for an appt at 10:00. An employee walks in...and heads to her office. No greeting ..no nothing. I waited 5 minutes....and yelled can someone help me. She comes out..and I proceeded to tell her I have an appt at 10:00. She goes to her computer and states it was at 9:45. I saved the email..and it stated 10:00am. She does not even apologize. She states that she has another appt...and can I wait 15 minutes. Well why do we have appts then....angry first t... read more
The other two reviews here were very one-sided and the one was very sexist for which he could get into a LOT of trouble nowadays! My experience with this J Craig location has been very positive, for the most part. The coach I have been seeing, Kara, has been polite, professional and lovely, The other girls there are not, as stated, fat but rather a pleasing weight with very nice dispositions, as my coach.
