Very good helped me lose around 20 pounds my first 3 weeks. I have also been exercise a lot but without this diet it would have been very hard to lose this much weight. Terrific program to lose weight and the good thing is the food taste really good and it DOES actually work which is great.
I've been coming to this Jenny Craig office for 15 years to help manage my weight, which I've done successfully. They are professional, accommodating and flexible. I've worked with Dora, Susan and other's and have been very happy with their services.
They say if you're lactose intolerant then they can't take you.
Dora is amazing. She's super nice and always helpful. Although the program works, make sure you read the plan you sign up for. I signed up for 15 weeks trial membership. But the fine print days your membership ends when you lose 20 lbs or 15 weeks whichever happens first. 4 weeks into the program I've lost 20 lbs and am forced to either pay for a full 2 year membership for $300 (which I don't need) on top of the over priced food. Or find a better way to utilize portion control. I'll probably opt to try out their competition.... read more
