Twice I told them to cancel my membership over a year ago. Once in person, and once in email. I understand I should have double checked, but I literally spent HUNDREDS AFTER CANCELING. They stopped charging one month, then the following month they not only began charging me again but charged me TWICE to make up for the month they stopped. How unfortunate such a good weight-loss system (Jenny Craig and Curves together is your only option) is tainted with such dishonesty.
