Very poor service-my consultant was late for every appointment and on one occasion didn't even show for an appointment.I wasn't informed and only found out she wasn't keeping my appointment when I had to ask a staff member after waiting 15 minutes in the foyer!The final straw was after having to wait again on another appointment,with the same consultant, for 15 minutes,with no explanations...I ended up seeing ANOTHER consultant who was free and agreed to see me instead.It was my 4 week measurements so can you imagine my utte... read more
