This is a billing company (Jennings & Co) for a surgeon that provided services to our son. The the dept handling the particular Dr, was busy and I asked for a call back. Less than 5 minutes later, a woman (I wish I had asked for her name), called me back and I was able to quickly establish a payment schedule. She was pleasant, understanding and I was off the phone and sending out a check. I was somewhat taken aback reading the 2 posted reviews, so I wanted to post my encounter and the quick, professional handling of my call.
Extremely unprofessional and rude. Lie about what they do and how they operate.
