I have been receiving regular massage therapy from Jennifer Wilson for several years. As a person who switches between seasonal sports, I welcome massage therapy to work on issues which arise while overusing new muscles when first making the athletic switches. This includes summer kayaking, cycling and tennis, and winter pickleball and hikes. Jennifer always manages to target the sore areas, painlessly work out the knots, and I leave feeling like I’ve a new body.
I have been receiving craniosacral therapy from Jennifer for 7 years. I have suffered from migraines since childhood and have found a great deal of relief in her care.
