Trying to shop around for lawyers is like pulling teeth. Each one wants you to come in before giving any straight answers on price. Imagine any other business that operates that way would go out of business. The reason why they can do this is because they’re one level removed from being government employees. The BAR is incredibly low. Lawyers absolutely deserve their poor reputations.
Jennifer did a great job guiding me through my moms probate. She was very knowledgeable concerning the process and what was needed for compliance with Jackson County. Her advice and help was invaluable in navigating a difficult estate with some unusual issues. She and her office staff were very helpful, flexible and nice.
