Jen is incredible. It was my first experience with art therapy and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was blown away at what comes out at each session. Jen creates a comfortable and relaxed environment and she is able to help you pull out themes from your art pieces. It was a mind-body experience that really transformed something inside for me.
