Dr. Saluzzo has performed three surgeries on me over five years. She has always been patient has answered all my questions give me the best advice to get me to the place where I will in my healthiest shape for surgery. After each surgery she took such good care of me as I was a very complicated case. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needed reconstructive abdominal wall surgery, or her specialty, which is gastric bypass. She truly is the best.
The practice is excellent, but the stoney point location (all of the VCU medical centers/ hospitals) are far too obsessed with coronavirus. They are extremely authoritarian and have yelled at people who don't wear masks; I watched one man get yelled at for not wearing a mask and another for taking a sip from their water bottle of all things by the desk clerks. I understand the desire to stay healthy, but I really do not believe VCU will ever be able to move on from coronaphilia even after the pandemic is over.
