A perfectly quiet environment, unlike what I've experienced in spas and commercial massage locations. Jennifer was, by far, the best massage therapist I've seen in years - she spoke when she needed to, allowed me to relax and just breathe without trying to engage in conversation the entire time, and explained some her findings after the massage.
