I will NOT be back. Was told there were no more appointments so i would have to drop off my information with a cover sheet. I dropped off my information and was told my taxes will be done on April 10. I called on the 12th and was told Jen must be working on them because they weren't at the front desk. I made a couple calls and kept getting the same answer stating she is working on them now. I've been seeing Jen for probably 20 years. She's always professional, quick services, she takes the time to get to know you, and looks to see if you qualify for additional benefits. I highly recommend her.
She is very friendly and good to talk to you, and she's done my taxes for years. She always seems to know all of the ways to get the maximum tax refund I can get. She does a great job quickly, I highly recommend her
