Alison Hammond is also a "Landlord." However I should say "slumlord" instead! Almost 2 years later she hasn't returned my security deposit back! I have to take her, a LAWYER, to court now because she is being shady. The whole apartment was cleaned very well, even her associate Bill agreed! This woman is rude and quite frankly, GREEDY! Especially in the middle of a pandemic!!!! I will be taking all the text messages as evidence as well as the lease, that she never returned my money, even when I asked her nicely.
