Not happy with our wedding pictures if I could go back in time and find a different photographer for our wedding, I would. She was wonderful to work going over everything before the big day. Then everything went downhill from there. She was super late on the wedding day showed up right before the ceremony. She told the groomsmen to be there super early for pictures that didn’t happen. EDIT/UPDATE: It took us almost 1 year to receive our video back from our wedding, this included our sneak peak and full video. There were some complications that Jen experienced, but we were left in the dark for majority of the time and did not know what was going on. We were consistently lied to about when we would receive our finished video and this went on for months. It was extremely disappointing to say the least. I cannot recommend Jennifer enough!! I completely trusted her on our wedding day and knew that she could see my vision and made all of my dreams come true. We are looking at pictures now and it’s truly amazing everything she captured- the details that I didn’t even notice. Having Jennifer there on our wedding day was like having a friend with us all day. She made us feel calm and comfortable and I’m so thankful she was there on our big day. The pictures are absolutely beautiful! We cannot recommend her and her team enough!

EDIT/UPDATE: While our pictures turned out great (and got them back after about 12 weeks), our video package was very difficult to receive back. Without going into too much detail, there were a lot of deadline promises that were not kept. It took 8 months to get our videos back and only after we consulted a lawyer. I can't recommend Jennifer enough! She is a wonderful photographer who was able to capture the joy, bliss, and fun moments of our engagement shoot. Jennifer is thorough, she is thoughtful, and so creative. She listens to your requests and makes your ideas come to life. Our engagement photos came out better than I could have ever imagined!
