Jennifer sent 22 minutes of photos from a four hour contract, lost the rest of the photos, and only offered a partial refund ON CONDITION that I sign this Release of Claims so I wouldn’t leave bad reviews. Please go elsewhere and find a more transparent and honorable photographer. I didn’t sign. I’d rather that you all know because this feeling of losing photos from a destination wedding is absolutely devastating.
Very bad at communication. She did not respond to any of my calls/texts after confirming my date. Extremely unprofessional and I was very nervous about being able to find photographer, she did not help with this at all. Honestly, I wouldn't have been as angry about the situation if she had just told me that she could not do the pictures/ was busy.
We LOVED Jennifer!! Being an out of state bride, she helped us pick our ceremony time for the best lighting and came prepared with pose ideas, but also caught so many beautiful natural moments! She is so bubbly and kind, and put in WORK on our wedding day to make sure she caught all our special moments. My family noticed her hard work to capture each moment and pointed out how efficient she was! We cannot thank her enough and will treasure our photos for a lifetime🤍

READ the contract!! Lesson learned; we did a 30 min session for family pics at Christmas. Price only included 5 digital downloads :( She gives herself 6 weeks to get your gallery to you, thankfully, it only took 2. Photos are ok, our primary goal was the large group family shot - we got 2 options, one of which several of the back row faces were partially blocked. Price seems comparable however, I did not truly shop multiple options. She's nice, but I can't recommend.
