I’m delighted with my new reclining and chase sofa from Jennifer Furniture in Paramus, NJ. The color is absolutely gorgeous and perfect and as I dreamed it. The reclining is perfect and the leather is so very soft. The delivery was smooth. And Colleen was so patient with me and my ongoing questions. She is a great representative for Jennifer! I am continuing to shop with them.
Scary experience purchasing a couch online but Colleen was very helpful and made me very comfortable with the whole experience. I received the couch faster than expected, the delivery people were friendly and very professional. They brought couch in, unwrapped it, checked it and took all the packaging with them. I absolutely LOVE the couch! Would definitely purchase from this furniture company again!
