Very helpful staff. Excellent selection of sofas and materials. However, when the sofa needed repair in one year's time, even though we had purchased the repair policy, Jennifer Sofas refused help.... would not even look at the sofa.

I’m delighted with my new reclining and chase sofa from Jennifer Furniture in Paramus, NJ. The color is absolutely gorgeous and perfect and as I dreamed it. The reclining is perfect and the leather is so very soft. The delivery was smooth. And Colleen was so patient with me and my ongoing questions. She is a great representative for Jennifer! I am continuing to shop with them.
Scary experience purchasing a couch online but Colleen was very helpful and made me very comfortable with the whole experience. I received the couch faster than expected, the delivery people were friendly and very professional. They brought couch in, unwrapped it, checked it and took all the packaging with them. I absolutely LOVE the couch! Would definitely purchase from this furniture company again!
