I was assured that the L-shaped couch could be separated into two sections, but that was not the case. DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT In 2022, I spent over $5,000 for a reclining sofa and power reclining love seat. Salesperson sold me on the 5-year total care plan that would cover everything in case we ever had a problem. Now two years later we try and put in two claims: 1 - USB port on cup holder no longer works 2 - Fabric on three different reclining chairs by foot rest wore out and fabric tore away from stable holding it in place.
