Jenn and Donna were very professional and quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. The whole process from start to finish went smooth and communcation was excellent all along the way. I loved the use of the app, it provided updates throughout the whole process. It made uploading requested documents and signing documents electronically easy.
Jenn was always so accommodating to us from the start. When we first spoke to her on the phone, she was actually at a volleyball game and stepped away so she could talk to us on the phone. She was never too busy that she couldn't text/call us. She always responded to her texts quickly which was very reassuring. She was always happy, pleasant, professional, helpful, and reliable.
