My experience with Jennifer at mediation exceeded my expectations. She is gifted at listening to what is said (and not said) and asking insightful questions to bring people together in reaching a settlement. I feel that if she can’t settle your case at mediation, it’s not meant to settle out of court. I would hire her again.
Mediation went very well with Jennifer- she was prepared so we were productive and I feel like she was understanding fair and honest for both sides, offering guidance when asked. Worth the wait!
2024 UPDATE! Jennifer is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend! Four years after she helped me reach a mediated settlement agreement (that I had frankly thought impossible, considering how high-conflict my divorce was), I found myself back in Jennifer offices for a custody dispute. Though I don't recommend divorce, I can say with 100% confidence that Jennifer Caldwell cares about the people she mediates for. She asked REAL questions about our lives and the things that caused us to be there. And she listened. I've never done this before, and hope I never have to again, but Jennifer made the process way better than I could have expected.
Through my surprising divorce process, which included young children, Jennifer handled our mediation with empathy, long standing career expertise and diligent effort in collaborating with both parties. I highly recommend Jennifer M. Caldwell for mediation services.
