Kathy, the Engagement Director, has been so kind and helpful to me. She has pulled me through tough times. She is patient and understanding of the various people here. Her activities, outings, and parties are amazing. She is an asset to Ledgewood Bay and makes everyone’s days brighter.
Knowing my Grandfather was going to be in an assisted living facility, I worried that the place would be hospital like. However, I visited Ledgewood and realized that was not the case. Ledgewood feels like a home. The people there are patient and helpful. The atmosphere is comforting and welcoming. It eased my mind to know he was going somewhere where the people are cared for.
Since the beginning of the year, I have come in to Ledgewood Bay Assisted Living offering arts & crafts activities to the residents. It’s always a joy to be there. The facility is impeccably clean, organized and very welcoming. The staff are very gentle, attentive, warm & caring to the residents. I truly recommend Ledgewood Bay if you are considering having a loved one be here.
I have had the pleasure of visiting Ledgewood Bay for many years and every visit I am impressed by the level of care the residents receive. Each visit, I get to share music in a big beautiful dining room and see first hand how residents experience a clean and welcoming atmosphere to enjoy music and other activities. We recently moved my grandfather into ledgewood bay, it was such a positive experience. The staff was incredibly kind and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. They took the time to make him feel welcome, and it really put our family at ease. We’re so grateful he’s in such good hands.
