Everyone here is really nice. The facility is fancy and clean. Staff is very knowledgeable and you can tell they care about their patients' wellbeing.

Intake female employee was unable to answer questions in regards to the type of PT was going to be used for my injury. She became rude and defensive as my questions became more than she had the medical knowledge to answer, so she had another therapist give me a one page handout for me to do at home. Additionally, I had one other therapy session with a different therapist since I refused to see her again. While there, I observed blatant HIPPA violations.
