We got married in July 2024 and we have not received our photo album. Reached out many times using many different methods and no response. We love our photos and she was amazing help during the day. It’s disappointment that is has come to this.
Writing this in May 2025. Similarly to the previous review, we got married in 2023 August and still have not received our wedding photo book which we paid in full for. My wife has been emailing her monthly and no response. Jenn, please give us our book or our money back. We are happy with your photography but this lack of delivery and communication is unacceptable.
My husband and I originally loved working with Jenn. During our engagement shoot she was prompt, communicated openly, and provided lovely photos. She then organized with our day of coordinator to ensure our wedding day timeline was correct. The day of the wedding was normal, but everything went downhill from here. Jenn, well let me tell you how fussy I am over photography! Very!! When my daughter and I first viewed Jenn's work at a local wedding fair, she was the first photographer who had evoked emotion in me, even though I didn't know her subjects. We were looking for someone who could really feel the moment and capture natural, unforced, and candid moments. She does just that! Jenn is absolutely amazing at what she does! She was my wedding photographer, which was spread out over three days, and blew us away with our photos. She was patient, accommodating and knew exactly how to get a big group of people focused for a photo. Jenn would fix my hair if it was out of place for a photo and would ensure everything was perfect. Also, she is a master when it comes to lighting in photos!
