I had a very bad experience with Patricia. There was a big lack of communication and I felt that she couldn't care less. I didn't get any legal advice and there was no preparation and organization for mediation. On top of that, ten minutes before mediation she charged me an extra fee to start the mediation without notice. She didn't had a machine for me to pay by card and she was yelling about it.
