My wife, my union and I wrote the appeal letter that helped win our case.... against their recommendation. We barely spoke to them and filed most of the paperwork ourselves out of pocket. We appealed his fee and SSDI decided in our favor. I called to let him know and admittedly I suffer from communication and mental health issues so don't choose words correctly at times. Mr. P****** failed to submit my Worksman Compensation Claim medical records that were provided by me to his office., so I was denied my claim. I have reached out to other legal advisories to report these findings to be true. This is indeed a complaint due to misleading representation on his part and his office. I am pursuing all strategies that this does not happen to anyone else as this did to me. Providing one star is too good for your practice of law, unfortunately, I couldn't leave it blank.
