We have now used Jen twice and both times she made a hectic process feel smooth. Buying our first home was a whirlwind but Jen was there every step of the way so there was no question we were working with her again on the purchase of our second home. She is straightforward and honest with all aspects of the mortgage process and, in an industry with so little of these characteristics, it was extremely comforting. We will continue to work with Jen as it relates to possible refinancing and future home purchases.

Jen was amazing! She helped my wife and I buy our dream home! Jen was the first loan consultant to offer us different interest rate "buy down" options, which completely changed what we thought our budget was. Because of this we were able to increase our budget to be able to buy our dream home. Her loan comparison tool was straightforward and easy to understand, she was even able to update it while on the phone so we could visualize our loan options that we were discussing.
