This firm has gone down hill. Last 2 years now I email Jason ******** and Wendy and it takes them forever to return emails. I believe my taxes for 2023 were processed incorrectly for myself and one of my sons. I am at a loss of what to do. I need to get my 2023 looked at to make sure. But I am thinking of moving my business elsewhere. I've been using them for a very long time and very disappointed in this.
This is by far the most unprofessional accounting firm I have ever worked with. Jason ******** never returns calls or emails. I dropped off my tax paperwork to him 3-4 months ago. I gave him a month or so before I called for status on my returns, heard nothing. I emailed and called him 6-8 times over the months and he never responded. I was forced to stop in at his business 4 times looking for him and the last time I told the receptionist that I was calling the police.
