If I could rate this business zero stars that would still not reflect the poor service with this organization. Jennifer Jones and Jenderuss Forensic Accounting contracted to file my taxes and after 2 years of refusing to meet or talk to me about the returns, they returned my documents and unfiled tax returns in the mail. DO NOT use this organization if you need a professional to actually speak to you and to review and discuss what they are doing.
