Purchased a Groupon and I was so excited to finally chose a photographer to take family photos. Jen responded asking if I was looking for a weekend, I responded and never heard from her again. I reached out to follow up, more than 2 weeks later, never received a response. I chose to trade in the Groupon for credit, disappointing and unprofessional experience.
We had Jen do our engagement photos at the Pearl in San Antonio. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, made us look great with me in my wheelchair, and we got our images in a timely manner. Jen is very nice and great to work with. We couldn't be happier!
I had family photos done by Jen and it was the best experience I've ever had (I am not exaggerating). Jen chose a beautiful venue, helped us with our poses, helped us control our active toddler and delivered wonderful memories and photos. We're planning to have photos done regularly and I can say, with certainty, we will be using Jen again for all our needs.
