Jen is amazing! She has a calm, grounding energy and a real gift for listening. She always finds the root of both physical and emotional pain and treats them with care. I leave every session feeling 100x better. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and offers great tips for maintaining balance outside of treatment. Her space is welcoming, easy to access, with convenient parking and nearby food options. Highly recommend for anyone in need of quality “me time”!
