I leave every session feeling 100x better. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and offers great tips for maintaining balance outside of treatment. Jen deserves more than 5 stars! She always goes the extra mile and I can’t recommend her enough. Jen’s technique and approach is incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and holistic. I feel like every session is personalized to what’s going on for me at that time, and I’ve noticed lasting improvements that I haven’t gotten elsewhere.
