Jen has a wealth of knowledge and makes the mortgage process stress free. The speed with which everything came together and how easy Jen made it for us is not something you would get from a big 5 bank. Have already referred a friend who had a tight timeline and a bank simply couldn't accomadate. Jen had him taken care of immediately. Exceeded my expectations 10 fold and absolutely crushed the competition on rates.
