I’m convinced the good reviews are from friends and family!! I’m very disappointed, extremely rough after telling her multiple times her response was “no pain no gain”!!! Very unprofessional! Head spa meant to be relaxing not rough! Big waist of $$$! Also uses poor quality products,has stripped most of my fresh hair colour and made it extremely dry!!!
