Lighter treatments or deeper tissue treatments will depend on clients individual tolerance levels and needs as I can accommodate all levels of pressure. Scar Release Therapy and cupping also available.

Jen is by far the very best RMT I have ever been to. Incredibly knowledgable, takes the time to help you understand the muscles and their connection in your body. Always friendly and very respectful. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
