1 Star – Save Yourself the Stress I rarely leave negative reviews, but people deserve to know what they’re paying for. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Overall, the venue did not meet expectations, particularly in terms of the clarity of services advertised and the transparency of the booking process. About a week before visiting in person, I spoke with the owner over the phone. When I asked about pricing, he declined to provide specific rates and instead requested that I come in person, which made it difficult to evaluate costs in advance. The experience with Elvis and the venue’s “in-house planner” was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The venue advertises an in-house planner, but that was not my experience. I was asked to submit a mood board before our very first phone call, which I did. Despite having my inspiration beforehand, our first call consisted of walking through the venue while she took no notes and did not document any of my requests. There was a man that wasn't friendly and seamed like he did not want to be there. He was either the manager or owner... the staff were more warm and welcoming.
