These guys sent me one box of 100ft monster permanent outdoor lights. I ordered 200ft. Instead of just sending me other box, I had to return them to Walmart. Then wait for the refund for up to 5 business days before I can repurchase the items. I also seen many reviews with the same issue. So it seems like you have a major problem with reading your orders. Do NOT buy anything from JEM Accessories unless you enjoy being lied to, ripped off, and jerked around by a company that operates like a bargain-bin grift factory. I ordered the Monster Outdoor LED Smart Lights — the 200 ft set — TWICE. And TWICE these thieves shipped me 100 ft. Not once. Not by accident. TWICE. Loading docks are 1 or 2. The staff is very friendly and they are very quick too load. Go to the second mandor beside dock 1 to check in.
