I had a terrible experience with JekaloCollective. In December, they offered a BOGO photography package, but availability was extremely limited and seemed reserved for their preferred clients. Communication was awful — emails were rarely answered and often ignored completely. I paid $300 for the service, and after three years of trying to schedule a shoot, I finally requested a refund. Horrible experience. Booked and paid for a session, they cancelled last minute and never made attempts to re book. Said they would refund but never did.

Tiffany and Allan were supposed to photograph and video our wedding themselves, and at the last minute sent some other people to do our wedding so that they could take care of another bride. I had this day reserved 9 months ahead and paid in full and they just tossed us to their associates. Not only did they show up almost 45 minutes late, but then when they had to stay over there contracted time (because they were late to begin with) they held our photos and video hostage until we paid them more money. Do not book with Tiffany Fleming (Jekalo Collective) as she will be paid in advance and not provide services. I paid for a session $585 and tried to schedule over 20 times and she wouldn’t respond or would send an automated messages. I did my research after being ignored and saw on her facebook I wasn’t the first person she’s done this too. Then her reviews went missing. Will start and say Tiffany was great on the day. That said we’re past 5 months since the wedding and despite the delivery dates in Contract passing, multiple emails, and assurances these are coming we’re still waiting. We’ve even had our coordinator reach out to no avail….
