My daughter has been with the JEI Etobicoke for years, since grade 4 or 5 (currently grade 8), twice a week, and she absolutely loves it. She still wants to continue with JEI when she transitions to high school this September. Also, JEI was a great help during the pandemic when there was very little to no school work.
My son is going to this location since 2016, he loves the center and the teacher here. The owner "Denise" she is a lovely lady and she make sure every time that my son is comfortable at her location, she always keep updated. Before this program we tried one more different program it was very repetitive. We have to really force him for finish his work. but since when we switched him to JEI he is more focused and ready to learn. I think it's just excellent.. My son actually enjoys going here for math (JEI Etobicoke) . He's trying harder, really learning, and finally got A's at school. Before this we tried out two other well-known tutoring centres, which were good programs, but my son hated to go and refused to continue. JEI is different. It has a really sophisticated way of teaching according to each child's specific strengths and weaknesses, instead of squeezing the child into a big system.
