Sad to say, it has a horrible customer service! There is a gentleman that runs the center, he’s hostile and u approachable, and rude to communicate with! I can’t wait for Tracy to open more tutoring resources! Since this place is a waste of time and money!
I'm 14 and in 8th grade and Jei is really helpful. I am taking algebra 1 a year earlier and this place is the reason why I have an A in it, I would suggest you to put your kids in there, this place is the best place for tutoring.
My son been at JEI for a year and a half and he has really flourished here! When he first started here he struggled with reading and with the help of JEI he now reads fluently! Would definitely recommend!
My 8th grade granddaughter was struggling with math and was not understanding the directions from her teacher. The tutors at JEI are able to explain concepts much clearer and in a way she understands her homework and is able to get A's on her tests. She has been on the honer roll all year and has finally received the principal's honer roll.
Our son has been going JEI from last summer, it’s great place to learn and developed skills for kids and Ms. Sandy is very professional and guidance provided to our son has helped developing his Skills. Thank you for being such an important part in our Son’s development
