I took my outboard to Jeff's several years ago. It took over a month before it was supposedly ready for pickup. I went to pick up the same day I received the phone call but the doors were locked. I returned every day for a week and called daily, doors were locked every time and the phone was never answered. When I finally got inside, Jeff told me "I'd never get anything done if I answered the phones and talked to customers all day."
First time boat owner here and I am very fortunate to have called Jeff. He diagnosed the issues immediately after I had explained what was happening and also by simply looking at the motor. He also noticed 2-3 other issues before I even got to telling him about them. He was amazing figuring out a flexible timetable for working my boat into his busy schedule.
